We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to withdraw from a class. You may cancel your course up to 48hrs before that start. All cancellations will incur a 20% administrative fee, up to a maximum of $50.00. If you cancel after the class has begun, you will not be refunded. Full refunds may be offered in emergency situations.
You may move your enrollment to a future section at no charge, if you:
- Place a request by phone or email at least 24 hrs prior to the start of the class
- Enroll in the next available section
Students will only be allowed to move their enrollment to a future section one time without incurring a processing fee of $20.
Credit Toward a Future Course
In the rare event a class credit is issued, enrollment must occur in the next available section of the same offering. Class credits are void after 90 days or June 30 of the calendar year in which the class is offered, which ever comes first.
Residential Disability Courses
Please note that there are NO REFUNDS or CLASS CREDITS offered if a student drops these classes after the start date. Class credits issued prior to December 2018 are no longer valid.
Classes can be cancelled due to low enrollment, at which time you will receive notice that your class has been cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Some classes fill rapidly and any class not meeting minimum enrollment will be subject to cancellation. We encourage you to register at least five working days prior to the start of any class. You will be notified only if the class is cancelled.
Payment is due at the time of registration. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment may be made in person by appointment. Make checks out to “Grossmont Cuyamaca Community College District Auxiliary Organization.” The Corporate College office is located on the Cuyamaca College campus at 900 Rancho San Diego Parkway, Building E, office E-112B.
